1.The outbreaks that led to this accident was displacement, starvation, rape, murder, and terror. It was caused by the Rebels trying to catch males to force them into their group or they would be killed. So there were many people in the village who were females. Many people are fighting and that is causing food and health to go down.
2. In the last ten years, more than 5 million people have died. That is 50,000 dying in a year. Rwanda, Hutu, and Tutsi were invovled. They were invovled because many people thought that others apologized for Rwanda and not Congo. I could not imagine living in Congo with all this murder and displacement.
3.I think other countries could have brought in food. Another thing they could have done was try to negotiate with the people who did this and they should have wanted to see what they wanted. I think this is what they should have done to stop this. Now many families have to suffer. I think if displacement was not a factor then they would have had less deaths occur to innocent civilians.
